Chip and PIN fraud

If you thought PIN codes were the answer to credit-card fraud (as the companies involved were adamantly proclaiming), the news that Shell has suspended chip and PIN transactions after finding fraud to the tune of £1 million will be alarming. We still need to be aware of all the same problems – there’s just a new thing to be careful of!
